The exhibition focuses on the crucial role played by civil society organisations that work to strengthen democracy and the rule of law. As pillars of the community in the pre-political sphere, these organisations promote social resilience vis-à-vis state institutions and profit-oriented actors. These organisations are increasingly finding themselves under pressure from forces that oppose the progressive, emancipatory and inclusive development of our society. -donorsday- counters this by providing information and motivating people to take action.
